Service. CH960 is provided by ECONDATA TECHSCRIBE LTD ("we") free of charge, with no ads, purchases or donations. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Fair play. No engine assistance in games against people, no harassment in any player-to-player feature, no attempts to disrupt the service. We may restrict access for violations.
Content and licence. The CH960 client is open source under GPLv3. Puzzle, position and course data are published under the licences stated on the Data page (https://ch960.com/data). Trademarks and the CH960 name remain ours.
No warranty. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
