How to recognize this tactic
A fork is one piece attacking two targets at once. Look for a knight, pawn or queen move that lands where it hits the king (or a bigger piece) and a second undefended unit on the same turn — the opponent can save only one.
General method: before you move, list the forcing candidates — every check, every capture, every direct threat — and calculate those first. The solution to a tactic is almost always among them.

単純化

簡略化は優位を勝ちに変える技術です。クイーンとルークを交換することで、相手のカウンタープレーの火を消し、勝勢の終盤へと対局を導きます。規則は単純です。駒得している側が駒を交換し、ただしポーンは残す。すでに駒得が確定し、それでも相手が脅しの音を立てているときに、交換を探しましょう。過ちはクイーンの交換を避け、果てしない脅威で相手に水を濁され続けることです。
