How to recognize this tactic
A discovered attack fires when one piece steps aside and unmasks the piece behind it. Look for your own units that block a rook, bishop or queen: moving the front piece — ideally with a threat of its own — springs two attacks in one move.
General method: before you move, list the forcing candidates — every check, every capture, every direct threat — and calculate those first. The solution to a tactic is almost always among them.

捉子：被攻击的棋子已无任何安全格可去——它就此覆灭。别追着它满盘跑，要造一座笼子：先用兵和棋子切断退路，最后才动手进攻。典型的受害者是深入你方阵地的棋子，或困在棋盘边缘、机动力极低的棋子。也要为自己的远征部队检查回家的路——否则被捉的就是你。
透视攻击

透视（X射线）：远程棋子的力量能穿透同一条线上的敌方棋子发挥作用。那枚棋子身后的格子看起来安全或有保护——整套战术正是利用这个错觉。检查你的车、象和后：它们的线路上，是否有关键格或猎物躲在敌子背后？计算某格上的吃子交换时，别忘了透视参战者——线路一打开，它们立即加入战斗。
